Databases used to be considered a hidden “backbone” to a good story, but they can be a story all by themselves and a great way to drive traffic to your Web site. We’ll discuss when and how to create your own databases, how to motivate government agencies to create electronic data, and how journalists can turn this into compelling, interactive Web content.
